About Regal Tax
Regal Tax has served St. Louis families and small businesses for more than 60 years, across three generations. Founded by Herman and Regina Reiss in 1955, we were the original H+R Tax Service, long before the other guys ever existed.
Today, we carry the Regal name, not only to honor the meaning of Regina’s name, but also because we treat our customers like royalty. That’s why, even with national tax services and online self-filing, businesses and individuals still count on us each year to protect their livelihoods and families.

Shelley Teepe has more than 30 years of experience serving clients with tax preparation. She has led Regal Tax through many changes in federal and state tax codes — always ensuring clients maximize their deductions & returns.
Stephen Teepe, Enrolled Agent
Stephen Teepe marks the third generation of our family to serve St. Louis. As an Enrolled Agent, Stephen has completed a rigorous certification process and is authorized to represent businesses and individuals to the IRS. He has served Regal’s clients since 2018.
